Dr. Gonenen is an awesome surgeon. He clearly explained the benefits of using my new Rx. He patiently answered my questions regarding this Rx. He encouraged me to contact him in about three months to follow up on how I'm doing with the medication. I appreciate his down to earth communication skills.

They are kind and listen to my needs and questions. They are thorough by doing labs ultrasounds or whatever you need to ensure quality health! They truly care about me and my health! They answer my questions and concerns to the best of their knowledge or direct me to whom can. They are prompt about setting up any appointments I may need from lab work, visits to ultrasounds or whatever I need. Thank you! Kitty

Karen seemed very interested in my problem and she was going to try to get to the bottom of it and try to ease the pain or eliminate it. She appeared ready to look into all possibilities after I have the CT scan and she can evaluate it. I don't feel like she'll just tell me that she doesn't see anything that can cause the pain and let it go at that. She made a good first impression and has my confidence in her.

Saw Dr. Littlejohn today she went over blood work and other testing. Explained results in a way I could understand.. everyone in the office was very helpful and very informative. It was a great experience. I left with great understanding of my illness .

Dr D Lee is very thorough, takes the time to explain things in detail to any questions. He is a very kind & courteous Doctor. All of the nursing staff is just awesome people and ready to help with any kind of questions or concerns also. The receptionist they are very kind always greet you with a smile and very nice and pleasant also.

Was a patient with them due to an ulcer that put me in the ICU. Dr. De Lee was great, I never had an issue with him, he put me on a medication I was told I'd need to be on long term, probably for the rest of my life. Less than a year later, I'm told they're no longer going to issue refills for that medication because it had been over a year since they had seen me, which wasn't the case. Tried to contact their scheduler for an appointment numerous times, left a bunch of emails, never once received a call back. Luckily, my primary care was able to fill the prescription for me, so I won't need to deal with this office. Don't cut patients off for not being seen and then have a scheduler that is terrible at their job.

Had Telehealth evaluation with one of the providers. They listened (sincerely) to my reasons for contacting them and offered several alternatives/methods to help diagnose and treat my symptoms. They also offered to consult with my other medical providers to obtain relative information to help assist with my tests and, if needed, treatment plan.
